Welcome to the official home of the ISA (Independent Sporting Association) Open Schoolboy’s Cricket Competition
2021 Season

This year the ISA has introduced a shortened season for Term 1 2021.

The competition will run for 6 weeks.  Division 1 and 2 are 50 overs - One day fixtures, involving a bonus point system which encourages teams to play their full 50 overs.

Matches in Division are now 40 overs - One day fixtures, involving a bonus point system which encourages teams to play their full allocated overs.

The top 2 teams will playoff in a final on Saturday 13th March in Division 1 and 2.

The ethos of the ISA competition is for players to compete within the fine traditions of our great game: fair play, sportsmanship, enjoyment and camaraderie both on and off the field.

In the 2019-2020 season, the First Division Premier was Oakhill College, Bathurst, the Second Division Premiers was St Pius X College and the Third Division Premier was St Stanislaus' College.

Representative Season:

The ISA has a representative team which annually plays against the CAS (Combined Associated Schools), the ASC (Associated Southern Colleges – Canberra) and AAGPS (Greater Public Schools).

This 2019-2020 ISA Representative Team had a very successful season defeating both CAS and ASC and going down to GPS in a very close game.
